Terms of service: Client will receive a collection of full resolution photographs that Aerial Photography Services LLC. (hereafter APS) selects as most useful. These will be delivered on a temporary website as proofs, and on a mailed CD. Minor editing will be performed to include leveling images, removing the photographer from the images where conspicuous. The session will take place on a day with sunny, or partly cloudy conditions. APS will not be responsible for atmospheric haze. The customer is welcome to be present during the session. There are certain photographic angles that may not be possible due to safety considerations, customer must accept the session as performed. Payment is expected within thirty days of completion of the session.
Copyright: All photographs remain the property of APS. Photographs may not be re-sold by the customer. Usage is allowed for the form indicated purpose.
